Each audit is completed manually and tailored to your website. Because the service involves research, analysis, and personalized recommendations, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Before Work Begins
You may request a full refund if your order is canceled before work has started.
Work is considered to have started once I begin reviewing your website, collecting data, researching your content, or preparing recommendations.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me ([email protected]) as soon as possible.
After Work Has Started
Once work has started, refunds are not available.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Reviewing your website and content.
- Conducting SEO or traffic analysis.
- Researching keywords, competitors, or site structure.
- Preparing written recommendations.
- Recording a video review, if included in your package.
- Completing or partially completing the audit.
Because each audit is created specifically for your website, the time and work invested cannot be recovered.
After Delivery
Once your Blog Growth Audit has been delivered, the purchase is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund.
However, if anything in the report is unclear, you are welcome to contact me with reasonable follow-up questions. I’ll gladly explain any recommendations or provide additional clarification related to your audit.
Client Responsibilities
To complete your audit, you may need to provide information such as:
- Your website URL.
- Access to analytics or search data, if applicable.
- Any specific goals or concerns you would like reviewed
Delays in providing the required information may delay the completion of your audit.
Delivery Time
Every effort will be made to deliver your audit within the estimated timeframe shown on the service page.
If an unexpected delay occurs, I will let you know as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally purchase the same audit more than once or are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
Technical Issues
If I am unable to complete your audit because of a technical issue on my end or because I cannot access your website after reasonable attempts, you may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- To reschedule the audit once the issue has been resolved.
Right to Decline a Service
I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before work begins if:
- The requested service falls outside the scope of a Blog Growth Audit.
- The website cannot be reviewed for legal or technical reasons.
- The information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
- I believe I cannot provide meaningful recommendations for the website.
If work has not started, you will receive a full refund.
