Our Listing Policy

Before submitting a platform to our directory, please review the following Listing Policy carefully. These rules apply to all submissions, including Free, Featured, and Premium listings. They explain the information you need to provide, the types of platforms and links we do not accept, how submissions are reviewed, and what happens if a listing is rejected, updated, or removed.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to comply with these requirements.

Purpose of the Directory

Websites That Pay is a directory created by MyCashSense to help people discover legitimate websites, apps, platforms, and online services that offer opportunities to earn money, rewards, or other forms of income online.

Our goal is to make it easier for visitors to find useful platforms while maintaining a directory that is accurate, transparent, and focused on legitimate opportunities.

Every submitted platform is reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee approval, and MyCashSense reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our listing requirements.

The directory is intended to provide useful information and visibility to qualifying platforms. A listing or Featured placement should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a platform will provide income, earnings, rewards, or a particular user experience.

Who Can Submit a Listing

Any individual, business, website owner, app developer, platform operator, or authorized representative may submit a platform for consideration in our directory.

You must create an account before submitting a listing. The information associated with your account should be accurate and must not be used to impersonate another person, business, or organization.

You may only submit a platform that you own, operate, represent, or have permission to submit on behalf of. Submitting a platform without the appropriate authorization may result in the submission being rejected or the listing being removed.

Each submitter is responsible for ensuring that the information provided about their platform is accurate, complete, and up to date.

When submitting a platform, you may select the listing plan you are interested in, including Free, Featured, or Premium. Selecting a paid plan does not constitute payment. Paid listing fees are only requested after the platform has passed our initial review and is determined to qualify for the selected plan.

Submitting a platform or selecting a paid plan does not guarantee approval or publication.

Platforms We Accept

MyCashSense accepts platforms that provide legitimate and clearly explained opportunities for users to earn money, rewards, or other forms of online income.

A submitted platform should have a functional website or app and provide enough information for users to understand what the platform does, how it works, and how users can potentially earn or receive rewards.

Platforms may include, but are not limited to:

  • Freelancing and gig platforms
  • Survey and market research platforms
  • Microtask and task-based websites
  • Cashback and rewards platforms
  • Affiliate marketing platforms
  • Online job and remote work platforms
  • Content creation and creator platforms
  • Online marketplaces that provide earning opportunities
  • Websites and apps that pay users for completing legitimate activities
  • Other online platforms that provide genuine income or reward opportunities

To be considered, a platform must provide a legitimate and reasonable opportunity for users to participate and earn according to the platform’s stated terms.

We may request additional information or conduct our own checks before approving a submission. Meeting the basic requirements does not guarantee approval, as each platform is reviewed individually.

Platforms We Do Not Accept

To keep our directory useful and trustworthy, we do not accept platforms that present a significant risk of misleading, harming, or deceiving users.

We may reject submissions involving any of the following:

  • Scams or fraudulent platforms: Platforms that appear designed to deceive users, take their money without providing the promised service, or use misleading practices.
  • False or unrealistic earning claims: Platforms that promise guaranteed income, unusually high returns, or earnings that cannot be reasonably supported.
  • Illegal activities: Platforms that facilitate or promote activities that are illegal in the jurisdictions where they operate.
  • Pyramid schemes and illegal recruitment-based schemes: Platforms where earning primarily depends on recruiting others rather than providing a legitimate product or service.
  • Unlicensed financial or investment schemes: Platforms offering financial, investment, lending, or similar services without appropriate authorization where such authorization is required.
  • Gambling and betting platforms: Including websites or apps primarily focused on sports betting, casino games, lotteries, or similar gambling activities.
  • Adult or sexually explicit platforms: Websites or apps primarily involving pornography, explicit sexual content, or sexual services.
  • Malware, phishing, or harmful software: Platforms that may compromise users’ devices, accounts, personal information, or security.
  • Platforms requesting sensitive information unnecessarily: Services that require excessive or inappropriate personal, financial, or identity information without a legitimate reason.
  • Fake or misleading review platforms: Platforms that manipulate reviews, ratings, testimonials, or user feedback to mislead potential users.
  • Non-functional platforms: Websites or apps that are inaccessible, permanently unavailable, incomplete, or do not provide the service described in the submission.
  • Misleading or deceptive submissions: Listings containing false information, exaggerated claims, impersonation, or information intended to mislead directory visitors.
  • Duplicate or substantially identical platforms: Repeated submissions intended to occupy multiple directory positions without a legitimate reason.
  • Platforms that violate applicable laws or regulations: Any platform that we reasonably believe may expose users or the directory to significant legal, financial, or security risks.

This list is not exhaustive. MyCashSense reserves the right to reject any platform that does not align with the purpose, standards, or safety requirements of the directory.

Important: A platform may be rejected even if it does not fall into one of the specific categories above if our review indicates that listing it would not be appropriate for the directory.

To maintain the directory’s quality and credibility, submitted listings must provide genuine information about the platform rather than primarily serve as a promotional or link-building tool.

The following are not permitted:

  • Affiliate links: Do not submit affiliate, referral, tracking, or commission-based links as the primary website URL for a listing.
  • Shortened or disguised URLs: Submitted website URLs must clearly identify the actual platform being listed. URL shorteners or links designed to hide the final destination are not permitted.
  • Redirect links: Links that automatically redirect visitors through another website, tracking service, or promotional page before reaching the listed platform may be rejected.
  • Forced referral links: Links that require visitors to use a particular referral code or referral URL to access the platform are not accepted as the primary listing URL.
  • Spam or link-building submissions: Do not submit platforms solely to obtain a backlink, improve search engine rankings, or manipulate search results.
  • Unrelated promotional pages: The submitted URL should lead directly to the platform being listed, rather than to a blog post, advertisement, landing page, social media profile, or unrelated promotional page.
  • Malicious or unsafe links: Links containing malware, phishing pages, deceptive downloads, or other security risks will be rejected.
  • Links containing misleading information: The destination must accurately represent the platform described in the listing.

If a platform uses affiliate or referral links as part of its normal business model, this does not automatically disqualify the platform. However, the primary URL submitted to the directory must lead to the actual platform, not an affiliate or referral tracking link.

We may replace, remove, or reject a submitted URL if it does not meet these requirements.

Note: Being listed in the directory does not prevent MyCashSense from using its own affiliate links where appropriate. This policy applies to links submitted by platform owners or listing sponsors.

Listing Information Requirements

All submitted listings must contain accurate, complete, and useful information that allows visitors to understand the platform before visiting it.

When submitting a platform, you should provide:

  • Platform name: Use the official name of the website, app, or service.
  • Website URL: Provide the direct URL to the actual platform. The URL must be functional and accessible.
  • Description: Clearly explain what the platform does, what users can do on it, and how users can potentially earn money or rewards.
  • Earning method: Clearly state how users earn, such as completing surveys, freelancing, completing tasks, selling products, creating content, or other activities.
  • Payment or reward information: Where applicable, explain how users are paid or rewarded and the available payment methods.
  • Minimum withdrawal or payout requirements: If the platform has a minimum amount users must reach before withdrawing, provide this information.
  • Availability: Clearly indicate any important country, regional, age, or eligibility restrictions.
  • Logo: Where requested, provide a clear and appropriate logo representing the platform.
  • Relevant categories: Select the category that best describes the platform.

Information submitted should be written for directory visitors, not primarily for search engines. Avoid keyword stuffing, excessive promotional language, or claims that cannot be supported.

Do not intentionally leave out important information that could materially affect a user’s decision to join or use the platform.

We may request clarification, additional information, or corrections before approving a listing. Listings containing incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information may be rejected or returned for revision.

MyCashSense allows platforms that use affiliate or referral programs to be submitted to the directory. However, the purpose of a listing must be to provide useful information about the platform, not to distribute referral or affiliate links.

To keep listings transparent and useful:

  • The primary website URL must link directly to the official platform.
  • Do not submit an affiliate, referral, tracking, or commission-based URL as the primary listing URL.
  • Do not use URL shorteners or redirects to hide an affiliate or referral destination.
  • Referral codes may be mentioned in a listing only where they are relevant and clearly disclosed.
  • Do not create multiple listings for the same platform simply to promote different referral links.
  • Do not use the listing title, description, or other fields primarily to promote a referral code or encourage users to sign up through a specific referral.
  • Affiliate or referral links must not be presented as if they are the official website URL.

If a platform owner provides an affiliate or referral link where a direct official URL is required, we may replace it with the official platform URL, request a correction, or reject the submission.

We may separately use our own affiliate links when recommending platforms. Such links are controlled by MyCashSense and are separate from links submitted by platform owners.

The purpose of this policy is not to prevent legitimate platforms from being listed. It is to ensure that visitors can clearly identify the actual platform they are considering and that the directory does not become a collection of referral links.

Accuracy and Honesty Requirements

All information provided during a listing submission must be accurate, truthful, and reasonably verifiable.

Platform owners and representatives are responsible for ensuring that their listing does not contain misleading information or exaggerated claims about the platform, its earning opportunities, or the results users may achieve.

In particular:

  • Do not claim that users are guaranteed to make a specific amount of money unless the claim can be objectively supported.
  • Do not advertise unrealistic or misleading earning potential.
  • Do not describe a platform as “guaranteed income,” “risk-free,” “instant income,” or similar unless the claim is genuinely accurate and can be substantiated.
  • Clearly explain any requirements users must meet before they can earn, withdraw, or receive rewards.
  • Disclose important conditions, restrictions, fees, minimum withdrawal amounts, or other requirements that could reasonably affect a user’s decision to use the platform.
  • Do not falsely claim that a platform is endorsed, approved, partnered with, or recommended by MyCashSense.
  • Do not submit fake testimonials, reviews, ratings, screenshots, earnings figures, or other information intended to make the platform appear more successful or trustworthy than it is.
  • Do not intentionally hide significant limitations, fees, restrictions, or risks associated with using the platform.
  • Keep your listing information updated if important details about the platform change.

We may request evidence or clarification where an earning claim, payment claim, or other important information cannot be reasonably verified.

If we discover that a listing contains false, misleading, or materially outdated information after publication, we may edit, suspend, or remove the listing.

Submitting inaccurate information may also affect your ability to submit future listings.

Duplicate and Multiple Listings

Each platform should have one primary listing in the directory. Multiple submissions of the same platform are not permitted when they are intended to create duplicate listings, obtain additional directory exposure, or promote different referral links.

If you operate or represent multiple genuinely different platforms, you may submit each platform separately, provided that each one meets our listing requirements.

For paid packages that allow multiple submissions, such as Featured or Premium listings, each submitted platform must be a genuine and distinct platform. The available listing allowance cannot be used to create duplicate listings for the same platform.

Duplicate submissions may be:

  • Rejected before publication.
  • Combined with an existing listing where appropriate.
  • Removed if discovered after publication.
  • Excluded from additional Featured placement.
  • Submitting duplicate listings does not create additional Featured placements or extend the validity period of an existing listing.

MyCashSense reserves the right to determine whether two submissions represent the same or substantially identical platform.

Reviews, Ratings and Claims

Listings must provide honest and accurate information about the platform’s reputation, performance, and user experience.

Platform owners and representatives must not submit or manipulate reviews, ratings, testimonials, or user feedback to make a platform appear more trustworthy or successful than it is.

The following are not permitted:

  • Fake reviews or testimonials.
  • Reviews written by the platform owner and presented as independent user reviews.
  • Fabricated earnings screenshots or payment proofs.
  • Manipulated ratings or review scores.
  • False claims about how many users a platform has.
  • Claims of being “#1,” “the highest paying,” or similar statements without reliable evidence.
  • Misleading claims about approval, endorsement, or recommendation by MyCashSense.
  • Paying or incentivizing people to submit misleading reviews specifically for the purpose of improving a platform’s reputation.

Where a listing includes a rating or review-related field, the information should accurately represent the platform and should not be manipulated to influence visitors.

MyCashSense may remove misleading claims, ratings, reviews, or other promotional material and may reject or remove a listing where such practices are identified.

Free Listings

Free listings allow qualifying platforms to submit their platform to our directory without paying a listing fee.

Free listings are subject to the same basic quality, accuracy, safety, and approval requirements as paid listings.

A free listing includes:

  • One platform submission.
  • Standard directory placement.
  • Basic listing information.
  • Review and approval before publication.
  • No guaranteed Featured placement or priority visibility.

Submitting a free listing does not guarantee publication. We review every submission and may request changes or additional information before approval.

Free listings are intended for genuine platforms that meet the directory requirements. They may not be used primarily for SEO link building, affiliate promotion, spam, or repeated submissions.

We may limit, reject, edit, or remove free listings that no longer meet our requirements.

Important: A free listing and a paid listing are subject to the same approval standards. Paying for Featured or Premium placement does not allow a platform to bypass our review requirements.

MyCashSense offers paid listing options for platforms that want greater visibility within the directory.

Paid listings provide additional exposure but do not guarantee approval, traffic, sign-ups, earnings, or conversions.

The Featured Listing package allows you to submit up to 4 platforms, with 1 platform receiving Featured placement.

A Featured platform may receive:

  • Featured badge.
  • Higher placement within relevant directory categories.
  • Enhanced visibility compared with standard listings.
  • Logo display.
  • 12-month listing period.

All submitted platforms are reviewed individually. Only platforms that meet our listing requirements will be published.

Premium Listing

The Premium Listing package allows you to submit up to 7 platforms, with up to 2 platforms receiving Featured placement.

Premium listings may receive:

  • Up to 7 platform submissions.
  • Up to 2 Featured placements.
  • Featured badges for selected platforms.
  • Higher placement within relevant directory categories.
  • Enhanced directory visibility.
  • Logo display.
  • A 12-month listing period.

Each platform submitted under a Premium package must be a genuine and distinct platform and must meet the MyCashSense listing requirements.

Selecting the Premium plan does not constitute payment or guarantee approval. All submitted platforms are reviewed before payment is requested. If a platform does not meet our requirements, it will be rejected, and no payment will be requested for the Premium package.

If the submitted platforms qualify for the Premium package, we will provide the appropriate payment instructions. The Premium listing will only be published after payment has been received and verified.

We do not guarantee a specific number of visitors, clicks, registrations, sales, or earnings from any paid placement.

Review and Approval Process

Every platform submitted to our directory is subject to review before publication, regardless of whether the submission is free, Featured, or Premium.

During our review, we may consider:

  • Whether the platform is functional and accessible.
  • Whether the platform provides a legitimate earning or reward opportunity.
  • Whether the information submitted is accurate and complete.
  • Whether the platform complies with our listing requirements.
  • Whether the website or app contains misleading, deceptive, or prohibited content.
  • Whether the submitted URL leads to the actual platform.
  • Whether the platform appears suitable for our audience.

A submission may be approved, rejected, or returned for changes or additional information.

If we need clarification or corrections, we may contact the account holder using the information associated with their MyCashSense account.

Paid submissions remain pending until the payment has been verified and the platform has passed our review.

Approval of a listing does not mean that we guarantee the platform’s performance, earnings, reliability, or future conduct. A platform may be reviewed again or removed if circumstances change after publication.

We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether a platform is suitable for inclusion in the directory.

Payment and Refund Policy

MyCashSense uses a review-first payment process for Featured and Premium listings.

When submitting a platform, you may select your preferred listing plan. However, you are not required to make a payment at the time of submission.

Our process is:

  1. You submit your platform and select your preferred plan.
  2. We review the platform and the information provided.
  3. If the platform does not meet our requirements, the submission will be rejected, and no payment will be requested.
  4. If the platform qualifies, we will provide you with the appropriate payment instructions or PayPal payment link for the selected plan.
  5. Once payment has been received and verified, the listing will be approved and published according to the selected plan.

Because payment is requested only after a platform has passed our initial review, there is normally no refund required for a rejected submission.

Selecting Featured or Premium does not guarantee approval, and it does not create an obligation to pay if the platform does not qualify.

If a payment has been successfully made but MyCashSense subsequently determines that the platform cannot be published for a reason that falls under our responsibility, we will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.

Payments made for approved listings are not refundable simply because the listing receives fewer visitors, clicks, registrations, sales, or earnings than expected. MyCashSense does not guarantee specific traffic or financial results from any listing.

Editing and Updating Listings

Platform owners are responsible for keeping their listings accurate and up to date after publication.

If important information about your platform changes, you should update your listing as soon as reasonably possible. This may include changes to:

Website URL.

  • Platform description.
  • Earning methods.
  • Payment or withdrawal methods.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount.
  • Availability or country restrictions.
  • Platform fees.
  • Important terms or requirements.
  • Platform name or branding.

All significant edits may be reviewed by MyCashSense before they are published.

Changes to an existing listing do not automatically guarantee continued Featured placement. We may review the updated information and determine whether the listing still qualifies for its existing placement.

You must not use an existing listing to replace the original platform with a substantially different website, service, or business.

If an approved listing is substantially changed after publication, we may request corrections, temporarily suspend the listing, or remove it if it no longer meets our requirements.

Listings that become outdated, inaccessible, misleading, or materially different from the platform originally approved may be subject to additional review.

Removal or Suspension of Listings

MyCashSense reserves the right to suspend, remove, or restrict any listing that no longer meets the requirements of our directory.

A listing may be suspended or removed if:

  • The platform is no longer operational or accessible.
  • The platform changes its business model significantly after approval.
  • Information in the listing becomes inaccurate or misleading.
  • The platform begins using deceptive or prohibited practices.
  • The platform receives credible complaints indicating serious issues.
  • The listing contains prohibited links, promotional material, or misleading claims.
  • The platform violates these Listing Policies or other MyCashSense terms.
  • The listing was submitted using false or misleading information.
  • The platform poses a significant security, financial, or other risk to directory visitors.

Where appropriate, we may contact the listing owner and provide an opportunity to correct an issue before removing the listing. However, we may immediately suspend or remove a listing where we believe doing so is necessary to protect visitors, the directory, or MyCashSense.

Removal or suspension may apply to both free and paid listings.

A paid Featured or Premium placement does not prevent MyCashSense from removing a listing that violates these policies or becomes unsuitable for the directory.

Changes to a Platform After Approval

Approval applies to the platform and information reviewed at the time of submission. A platform must continue to meet the requirements of our directory after it has been approved.

If a platform later changes its services, earning model, payment requirements, ownership, website, or other important aspects, we may review the listing again.

Examples of changes that may trigger a new review include:

  • Introducing significant fees or new payment requirements.
  • Changing how users earn or withdraw money.
  • Introducing a substantially different business model.
  • Changing the platform’s primary website or app.
  • Adding services or features that fall outside our acceptable categories.
  • Introducing new referral or recruitment requirements.
  • Beginning to make unrealistic or misleading earning claims.
  • Receiving credible reports of scams, payment problems, or other serious issues.

If the platform no longer meets our requirements, we may request updated information, temporarily suspend the listing, remove it from the directory, or require the owner to make appropriate corrections.

Platform owners are expected to notify MyCashSense when a significant change could affect the accuracy or eligibility of their listing.

MyCashSense’s Right to Refuse or Remove Listings

MyCashSense reserves the right to refuse, suspend, edit, restrict, or remove any listing at its discretion where we believe the listing does not meet the standards or purpose of the directory.

We may take action when:

  • A platform does not meet our listing requirements.
  • Information provided by the submitter is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
  • The platform’s practices change after approval.
  • The platform creates a significant risk to directory visitors.
  • The listing is primarily being used for spam, SEO manipulation, or promotional purposes.
  • The platform violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • The listing violates these policies or other MyCashSense terms.
  • We receive credible information that causes us to reconsider the platform’s suitability.
  • The platform is no longer relevant to the purpose of the directory.

MyCashSense is not required to publish every platform submitted, even where the submission meets the basic technical requirements.

We may also decline a listing where we cannot reasonably verify the information provided or where we determine that including the platform would not be appropriate for our audience.

Liability and Disclaimer

Our directory is provided as an informational resource. A listing should not be interpreted as a guarantee, endorsement, certification, or promise of income by MyCashSense unless we specifically state otherwise.

We do not guarantee that a listed platform will:

  • Provide users with a particular amount of income.
  • Pay every user or payment request.
  • Remain operational indefinitely.
  • Maintain the same terms, fees, earning opportunities, or payment methods.
  • Provide a particular level of service or user experience.

Users are responsible for conducting their own research and reviewing a platform’s terms, privacy policy, fees, eligibility requirements, and other conditions before signing up or providing personal information.

Platform owners are responsible for the services they provide and for complying with applicable laws and regulations. Listing a platform on MyCashSense does not transfer responsibility for that platform’s operations to MyCashSense.

MyCashSense may provide general information about platforms based on information available at the time of review. We cannot guarantee that every piece of information will remain current after publication.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyCashSense is not responsible for losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from a user’s decision to use a listed platform.

Policy Changes

We may update or modify this Listing Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our directory, our services, applicable requirements, or the way we review and manage listings.

When we make changes, we may update the policy on this page and revise the Last Updated date.

Platform owners and listing submitters are responsible for reviewing the current policy and ensuring that their listings continue to comply with the requirements.

If a significant policy change affects existing listings, we may contact affected listing owners or provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continuing to use the directory submission service after an updated policy has been published means that the updated policy will apply to future submissions and, where applicable, existing listings.
